Returns

We want you to love your Crown & Texture experience — here's how we handle returns.

Due to the personal nature of hair products, all sales are final on worn or styled wigs. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The wig is unworn and unstyled
  • The wig is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • The wig has not been altered, cut, or colored
  • The return is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Wigs that have been worn, even once
  • Wigs that have been styled, heat-treated, or washed
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items returned without prior authorization

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@crowntexturehair.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our team to review and approve your request (within 1–2 business days).
  3. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  4. Pack the wig securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the carrier location.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Want a different style or length? Follow the same return process and note in your email which item you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@crowntexturehair.com with your order number, a photo, and a description. We'll resolve it at no cost to you.
